Volunteer with CAAWS for the February 09,2020 Mystic Krewe of Mutts Bark in the Park & Mardi Gras Parade: Fairy Tales
It takes more than 200 enthusiastic volunteers to help with the events and activities! On parade day we need help from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm to setup, take down, run errands, pass out information, help at the booths and with the contests and parade. Don’t miss out! You, your school, club, group, or business can join in the fun! Any and all support is welcome and even giving a just few hours is appreciated. Contact Kathy at klm_caaws@cox.net.
This annual event is the largest fund-raiser for the Capital Area Animal Welfare Society (CAAWS) and all profits go directly to support the spay/neuter fund, homeless pet adoption shelter, community outreach and humane education programs in our community. Established in 1979, CAAWS is an all-volunteer organization dedicated to the prevention of animal suffering in the Baton Rouge area. Please help us make a difference and prevent animal suffering.
