Responsible for providing courteous services, support, and assistance to the general public. The individual will be able to assist the Office Coodinator with the daily administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serves as a positive communication link to the general public, customers, volunteers and staff by greeting incoming patrons as well as answering phones and redirecting calls as necessary.
- Provides information and referrals to general public.
- Performs routine administrative/clerical tasks, i.e., message taking, tallying and filing.
Other duties may be assigned, particularly in support of the chapter during a disaster relief operation.
