Are you a cosmetologist or beauty professional with a few hours to spare?
If so, you can help area cancer patients look good and feel better as they battle the side effects of treatment.
The Look Good ... Feel Better program is a community- based, free, national service that teaches female cancer patients beauty techniques to help restore their appearance and self-image during chemotherapy and radiation treatments. All cosmetology and beauty professional volunteers must attend a certification class and participate in a continuing education call every two years.
