Braille Institute is in need of individuals with a strong background in Creative Writing. Our students are visually impaired adults. Each one has a story or two to tell. The goal is to assist our students to nurture their writing abilities. This is one way to empower them to express themselves and lead more fulfilling lives.

Braille Institute is a nonprofit organization that embraces the challenge of sight loss in all its facets and rejects its perceived limitations, with the belief that vision rehabilitation is a beginning, not an end.
Description
Braille Institute offers a variety of services to people who are blind and visually impaired, from mobility and technology training, to low vision rehabilitation and home visits, to arts and exercise classes, to a vast library of braille and audio titles for every age, and more. Each year, we help tens of thousands of people regain and maintain their independence. Thanks to generous donations, Braille Institute services are available free of charge.
