To provide homeless adoptable animals with compassion and shelter while seeking caring homes and to deliver full service veterinary care to the companion animals of low income guardians.

Description

The purposes of WARL shall include the following: 1) to care for lost, surrendered and homeless animals; 2) to place such animals in adoptive homes; 3) to promote healthcare for animals, including the provision of low-cost veterinary services; 4) to encourage and provide spay-neutering to prevent animal overpopulation and the birth of unwanted animals; and 5) to promote a program of humane education.
