We are looking for a volunteer who would be interested in visiting with an elderly senior once or twice a week for social conversation in our Assisted Living home. Some seniors are in situations where they do not have a lot of visitors or family contact and it brightens their day to have someone who is interested in seeing them. Some of our elderly residents have memory loss and conversations with others are a great way to maintain their social abilities.

Description
Homestead at Coon Rapids is an Assisted Living home for seniors. The seniors live in their own apartments and receive services based on their individual needs. We provide help with health and medical issues, housekeeping, daily cares, finance and leisure.
