Hospice Patient

Are you a compassionate and caring person? Do you have at least 2 hrs. in the week or weekend to help? Empathetic volunteers will serve as Direct Care Patient Volunteers, visiting patients at facilities in Westchester and Westmont, and engaging them with conversation, reading, music, going outdoors, assisting with activities, or holding hands and providing comfort. Do you have special talents such as art or music? Engage patients with your talents! You can visit patients at your convenience, at least once a week (weekends are also available) for at least 2 hrs.
