The primary goal at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Beaver County is to match caring mentors with at-risk youth who are in need of positive direction and would benefit from a strong developmental relationship. The youth are generally at-risk because they are living in single-parent households, are impoverished, or are facing adversity. To be a mentor, all it takes is an open mind, a willing heart, and about 4 hours/month.
