Due to the COVID - 19 crisis classroom visits are postponed indefinitely. Please reach out if you would like details once new information is available. Thank you!
Kindergarten to 12th grade classes all over the Twin Cities available. Materials that include interactive, colorful activities, handouts, and games to convey the importance of staying in school, entrepreneurial thinking, college & career readiness and how to make & manage money provided. The time commitment is less than 5 hours in the classroom; make five 45 minute visits to your assigned class. Visits generally scheduled once a week for 5 weeks. Can be done anytime between Sept & May and scheduled around your calendar.
The commitment is MINIMAL the reward is HUGE!!! Inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy - Be a Junior Achievement (JA) Classroom Volunteer in a local school! IT'S FUN!!! Training provided.

Junior Achievement North (JA) is the oldest, largest and fastest-growing non-profit economics education program throughout the world. Through experiential learning focused on financial education, career readiness, and entrepreneurship, students build the skills required to succeed in today's dynamic economy, and build thriving communities.
Our relevant, experiential programs are offered free of charge to schools and align with national and local K-12, curriculum standards. JA partners with more than 4,500 volunteers each year, to teach our curriculum to local students. Junior Achievement North impacts more than 80,000 students in Minnesota, North Dakota and western Wisconsin every school year.
