The Kosher Meals on Wheels (KMOW) program of Bergen and Passaic Counties, NJ, is looking for volunteers to deliver meals to our homebound and isolated seniors and people with disabilities. Each route takes no more than one hour to drive. If you're 17 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license you can join our dedicated team of volunteers. Meals are picked up in Teaneck, NJ, mornings or afternoons. If you can drive every other week or every week, we need you. Interested? The goal of the volunteer programs is to provide quality, compassionate assistance to consumers throughout Bergen, Passaic Counties and North Hudson with their activities of daily living, stimulating communication, interaction and socialization to enhance their quality of life and promote their independence.
