Here at Heartland Hospice, we love to celebrate milestones with our patients!
Every month, we provide a birthday party for the residents at our sister home. This is for everyone, not just our patients.
If you enjoy celebrating birthdays, this is for you! We will get the cake, ice cream, and other party items. All you have to do is make sure they are delivered to our Heartland Healthcare Centers. Feel free to stick around and enjoy the party and residents!

Heartland Hospice is dedicated to providing patients with care wherever they consider home. Whether care is desired in the home a patient has lived in for years, a skilled nursing center or an assisted living facility, we tailor our caregiving to fit the patient’s and family’s unique needs.
