One hour a week; that's it! Do you have one hour a week to make a massive difference in someone's life?

Do you miss your Grandma or Grandpa; Mother or Father? Our residents are just looking for someone to talk to, play a card game, help them eat lunch, take them outside or to an activity within the community (building).

There is no schedule; you visit when it is convenient for you. No set day, just when you feel the desire to give, the desire to see a smile on a 90 or 100 year old face! It's Hospice, so I know that can be scary; but they just want someone to spend a bit of time with them.

We do require background check (I handle that), fingerprinting (it's easy and we pay for it) and urine drug screen (again, easy and we pay for it). Don't let that stop you from caring for someone.

It's a rewarding experience and I would love to talk with you more about it. Our residents are everything from retired teachers, police officers, journalist, war Veteran's, housewives to Physicians.
