Would you like to put a smile on someone's face, simply by stopping by to say hi? At Caris, our patients love our volunteers. Patient and Family Care Volunteers are directly involved with patients and families. Patient care volunteers visit with patients and can provide companionship, listen to stories, provide emotional support, read to the patient, say a prayer, or just provide company. The only requirement for Patient Care Volunteers is the ability to be present with the patient and family. Our office serves patients in nursing homes, hospitals and in their homes.

If spending time with patients is not for you, Caris offers opportunities for volunteers to assist with phone calls, filing or working on special projects such as knitting or holiday projects and much more! WHY NOT MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN SOMEONE'S LIFE?
