Looking for a rewarding volunteer experience? Homestead Hospice is seeking compassionate volunteers to provide support for our wonderful patients in large, busy facilities where they sometimes feel alone and ignored! If you can spend an hour listening and sharing conversation, you can touch someone’s heart and make a difference.
You would conveniently serve within a few miles of your home, and an hour per week is all we ask. As a patient care volunteer you may read or watch TV with a patient, or share your life and hear about their experiences. Hospice is such a great service and such a fulfilling way to give back to the community.
