Did you see the story on FB about the 90 year old woman who left a note asking her neighbor to be her friend? It was heart wrenching to me. Her note said:

"...Would you consider to become my friend? I am 90 years old - live alone and all my friends have passed away. I am so lonesome and scared."

This is why I do what I do. Nobody. Nobody should be alone at the end of life. If this pulls at your heartstrings too, or motivates you to do something but you don't know what, call or email me. After orientation/training I will match you with one of our hospice patients to befriend. We ask you invest about an hour a week to change another person's life. Your's might change for the better too!

Live, laugh, love, be a friend.
