Gianna Homes - Gladys' Place is looking for volunteers with experience helping people with memory care needs who can help make lunch a relaxing and enjoyable time. Volunteers would assist staff with setting the table, washing dishes, and cleaning up and also engage the residents in conversation. A Registered Nurse may also train you in how to assist the residents with their eating.

Volunteers would come during one of the mealtimes: Breakfast (8:00-9:00), Lunch (11:45-1:15) or Dinner (4:45-6:00). Frequency of visits (once a week to once a month) is determined by the volunteer's availability.

Gianna Homes has two locations - Gladys' Place (listed here in Plymouth) and Gianna Homes - Sursum Corda (in Minnetonka). Both homes are just that - houses that are homes to residents with memory loss. Gladys' Place has 6 residents and Gianna Homes - Sursum Corda has 10 residents. Our mission is "providing memory care with a loving kindness that respects the dignity of each resident. Welcome Home!"
