Brookdale Senior Living Hospice in Deer Park is looking for kind and compassionate volunteers to spend one hour a week with some amazing seniors who bring a smile to your face!

These individuals are simply looking for some company, someone to share their stories. The ladies love to have their nails painted. When the weather is nice they just like to go outside for a bit. They enjoy walking around the community (building) with someone or have someone sit with them while they eat their lunch or dinner. I have heard some of the most amazing stories in my past year. It is very rewarding.

Please consider donating an hour a week of your time to bring some joy and laughter to someone’s life. Your schedule would be completely flexible. You go when it is most convenient for you. There are no set days!

We do require background check and fingerprinting for the safety of our residents but we pay for everything and I will make it as easy as possible for you!
