Are you passionate about putting an end to Alzheimer’s disease? Do you want to get more involved with the Alzheimer’s Association and Walk to End Alzheimer’s? Then we need you! Join the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's Planning Committee and be a part of the fight to END ALZ!

Committee members help plan Walk to End Alzheimer’s from the kick-off to the wrap-up. Some committee members focus on growing the event through recruiting new teams, marketing Walk in the community, and securing sponsorships, while others focus on event production and find ways to enhance the event experience.

We meet once a month now through August and twice a month in September and October. Committee members average about five hours a month on their tasks.

For more information on how to get involved, please contact Amanda Garcia at amagarcia@alz.org or 904-281-9077.
