Thats what one of our caregivers said about the help of their respite volunteer.

Can you share 2-3 hours 2-4 times a month to give a caregiver a break?

You will not be doing any caregiving, medical cares or daily living cares. You would be there for companionship and supervision so that the caregiver could get a much needed break from caring for senior in the home with memory loss, a chronic health condition or someone who may just be frail.

We have needs in Stillwater, Bayport, Forest Lake, Oakdale, Woodbury and Cottage Grove. There are needs during the day evening or weekend hours. Even if you can share twice a month that would really help a caregiver.
