You'll have the opportunity to increase your knowledge base regarding end of life issues as you provide supportive visits to hospice patients and their families. Work with our MSW's to complete a beautiful personalized journal/keepsake of the patient's life - The Reflections Program. Brookdale Hospice provides care throughout the KC metro area (KS and MO) so we'll find a convenient location for you and the hours are flexible to fit your schedule.
