Would you like an opportunity to help others and give back to your community? Kindred Hospice has a growing volunteer program, and we want you to be part of it. We are looking for friendly/self-motivating volunteers to provide extra support to our patients and families.
You can provide support in a variety of ways, including reading to our patients, socializing, playing cards, and/or offering relief to stressed caregivers. You do not need to be in the medical field to volunteer.
Training is provided. Benefits of volunteering with Kindred Hospice is you will be part of a family, and will meet new people. Volunteers are able to be with our patients and families when our nurses, social workers, and chaplains can't be.
