Become a Spellbinders Storyteller Volunteer!
Spellbinders Storyteller Volunteers share the rich oral tradition of tales that teach and enchant by telling stories once a month to students in grades K-5. Working with teachers, Spellbinders Storyteller Volunteers enhance literacy, stimulate imagination, and broaden multicultural understanding!
How do YOU join this team?
Attend all four, three-hour training classes to become a certified Spellbinders Storyteller Volunteer. Once trained, our volunteer storytellers return to the same classrooms each month to fill kid's minds with wonder and awe. Spellbinders has Chapters throughout Colorado.
Larimer County (Fort Collins) next storytelling training for new volunteers is January 16, 20, 23, and 27 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. RSVP required.
Located in a different area, such as Denver or Jefferson County? Visit www.spellbinders.org to find a Chapter near you!
