Fairborn Ohio (Fox run) Volunteers Needed to Visit Hospice Patients (in community building)

Volunteers needed to spend one hour a week with a Hospice patient facing end of life. These individuals are simply looking for someone to talk with them, allow them to share their stories. Sometimes they like to look through magazines, have someone go to the activities with them located inside the community (building) such as bingo, ice cream social, music events.

You can bring so much joy to someone facing the end of their lives. Most residents have a six-nine month diagnosis and are simple lonely; looking for some compassion. Do you have time and compassion to share with someone?

We do require background check and fingerprinting but I will make it as easy as possible and we pay for everything. It is just one trip for you to the fingerprint location nearest to your home.
