If you are a student looking for a volunteer opportunity to build your resume or just love to spend time with older adults, this could be the perfect match for you!

Very flexible opportunity for 2 hours once a week that allows you to spend time and get to know older adults in the community with a lifetime of experience.

Help promote respect, dignity and social interaction by providing campanionship, sharing stories or playing games with a senior in your community.

Volunteers DO NOT provide personal care, lifting or transferring, direct medical assistance or advice, housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation or case management. Description

The Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) of Volunteers of America provides volunteer opportunities for individuals 55 years and older to use their skills, insight and lifetime experiences to assist residents and non-profit agencies in the county. RSVP also offers a variety of programs which provide services and enhance the quality of life for seniors.
