The Senior Hub works with older adults who are usually home alone for the holidays. We are looking for comapnies, organizations or groups, who would like to put up a "Giving Tree" for Seniors. Our goal is to get volunteers to Adopt A Senior for Christmas and visit with the senior during the holiday.
Volunteers or agencies will put up a small Christmas tree with tags that represent home-bound seniors in the community. The Giving Tree will come with information about 5-10 seniors who are in desperate need this holiday season.
This Giving Tree project gives not only the volunteer a chance to help during the holiday season but gives our clients hope that someone in the community is thinking about them...

Description
We assist older adults in their homes with chores they find it difficult to do such as light housekeeping, shopping and errands, pet care, business help, and yard help. We always friendly visit with the seniors along with helping them around the house.
