Interested in helping disadvantaged individuals still celebrate Thanksgiving?
Donate food to Colorado Visiting Nurse Association's food drive or host a food drive at your office!
Need Ideas for what to donate???
Canned green beans
Canned corn
Canned cranberries
Peanut butter
Stuffing Mix
Boxed or dry mashed potatoes
Wet wipes
Paper Towels
Paper plates
Canned or packets of gravy
Bring all food to: 390 Grant Street, Denver, CO 80203 by November 17th, so the food bags can be delivered by Thanksgiving.
TIPS:
- Low fat - Low sodium - Low sugar preferred.
- Non-perishable food in non-breakable containers.
- Nutritional labels intact.
- Check the expiration date.
- Avoid bulging, leaking, funny looking cans.
