The Older Person’s Commission is starting to plan for fall with the coordination of our annual fall clean-up project for seniors and disabled persons in Rochester Hills area. We are looking for community groups to help with this service project - this is a wonderful opportunity to serve your community while team building. This is also a great opportunity for our youth to develop leadership skills and see why volunteers are so important to a community. Please note, groups will need to provide their own tools (i.e. rakes, gloves, etc.) Your group selects the date, time and duration. We will accept group from 2 to 100 people. Must complete a Group Registration form. Background check is only for the leader of the group.
This is a one day project that can be completed based on your groups’ availability.
