Become a Hospice Volunteer!
Volunteers are an integral part of the hospice philosophy. Hospice volunteers are there to hold a hand, listen, read, write a letter, run errands and or even help out in our office. Volunteers are there to step in when a family member needs a break, and are there for the family and friends after their loved ones have passed away. No matter what your skills are, talents or motivation, we have a rewarding opportunity for you to help. While the subject of death and dying can be understandably overwhelming, death is essential to life. Help us provide a 'circle of hope’ for individuals who are entering their final stages of their journeys. Your services are deeply appreciated, and always welcome.

Mission Statement
A unique benefit, Hospice is a specialized type of care to help you and your loved ones take control of your life and your disease. Hospice care can take place in a variety of settings, and is designed to surround the patient and the family with the physical, emotional and spiritual resources needed to make the most of every moment. Choosing hospice does not mean you are giving up on life. Instead, it means you are focusing on comfort instead of a cure so that a better quality of life can be maintained for as long as possible.
