ORGANIZATION: Unique Rehabilitation and Health Center

  • 41 people are interested

Many nursing home residents experience periods of loneliness, as they adjust to being in a new environment or certain life changes such as the death of a spouse/family member. The Resident Companion is key to maintaining the quality of life for the resident, by providing spirited communication and meaningful actvities (i.e. games, reading books) for seniors and people living with disabilities.
