Hospice is a philosophy of care that attends to the medical, social, emotional, psychological and spiritual well-being of patients with life-limiting illness. Patients are cared for by an interdisciplinary team, and volunteers are an integral part of this team. Some of our team does behind-the-scenes work so that our patients and their families get the best care possible, and this is where you come in. Abode Hospice of Denver is looking for an office volunteer who can assist with bereavement program support, assembling admission materials, and other administrative duties. Duties will vary from week to week, and may include copying, preparing mailings, assembling materials, etc. Days and times are flexible and we will work with your schedule.
