We are a premier nursing home in Arlington, MA offering short-term and long-term care to the surrounding community and beyond. We are looking for volunteers to commit to spending about 20+ minutes once or twice (flexible) a week with one of our residents consistently (generally at the same time) each week. Our residents are super sweet and have tons of interests and stories and it's so important for us to keep them engaged and smiling. If our reseidents are able to spend time with with someone on a weekly basis and really get to know them, we are sure that their health and happiness will improve immensely!
We are located near the bus stop and have parking. If transportation is an issue please let us know, we can work on getting you here. Please know that you are requred to take a day-long safety orientation required by the law.
