Rebuilding Together San Francisco helps residents and community organizations in need to live and work in safety and comfort.
Description
Rebuilding Together organizes teams of volunteers from business, labor and the community to renovate community facilities serving children, youth, seniors, homeless people and people living with HIV and AIDS and to preserve and repair the homes of low-income, elderly and disabled San Franciscans. Rebuilding Together volunteers work side-by-side with neighbors and beneficiaries in the spirit of an old-fashioned barn raising.
