BRIDGE HOSPICE NEEDS YOU! LET US CONNECT YOU TO A WAY TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
Bridge Hospice is a proud member of the NHPCO’s We Honor Veterans Program. We are currently seeking veteran’s or active duty military members who wish to make a connection with some of our veteran patients.
Our patients are located throughout the entire San Diego county so volunteers in the entire area are welcome!
There are many different veteran volunteer opportunities available here at Bridge working with patients and families. Some options include: patient socialization, veteran to veteran support, veteran appreciation ceremonies, alternative therapies, community support and so much more!

Description
Bridge is a patient and family centered hospice that is dedicated to "connecting" our patients and their families to excellent End-of-Life care.
We have patients located throughout San Diego county in a variety of settings. Bridge's goal is to ensure that every patient in our care is provided with the best team of people possible, and that includes volunteers!
Our administrative office is located in University City and we are always looking for volunteers wanting to assist in the offices as well!
