The Family Wellness Institute at Friends of the Family is looking for VOLUNTEERS to lead all kinds of wellness enrichment activities with families in our community. Check out the list below and contact us if your heart skips a beat when you spot something you would LOVE to be involved in!

The Family Wellness Institute provides a range of classes, activities and special events that address all dimensions of wellness - social, emotional, spiritual, environmental, occupational, intellectual, and physical.
Activities are designed to enable individuals and families to experience belonging to a community of women, men, youth and children who strive every day to be healthy, confident and connect. Must love to work with families and children to create a loving, nurturing environment!
The activities provide opportunities for building social connections, accessing resources, and participating in parent/child bonding activities.
Spring session begins January 22, 2019. Come join the fun!
Commitment can be as little or as much as you would like.

Description
Friends of the Family is a comprehensive family resource center known for pioneering innovative, practical programs where families are recognized as central to a child’s well being and are supported to build on their skills and strengths. Founded in 1972, the organization is a safety net of support for over 5,000 community members each year.
