AgeSong at WoodPrk loves volunteers who like to stay fit. Opportunities are available to help with group walks in the beutiful residential neighborhood, support Engagement staff with discussions of healthy nutrition and lifestyle, spa activities, and lead or support exercise groups for frail elderly and adults with special needs. Other options - faciitate a sports group, such as baseball or football. Connect to the Internet and share images of sports around the world, sports through the decades, specific sports, trivia, stoires and poetry about sports (i.e. Casey at the Bat, Take Me Out to the Ballgame). Your ideas are welcome.

Description
Pacific Institute, founded in 1993, is a fully qualified non-profit organization in San Francisco dedicated to finding new ways of learning and teaching in counseling, education and research in the field of health and care. The Institute as a worldview cutting-edge center addresses health and social services from a holistic, client-centered perspective, helping individuals create healthy lifestyles honoring the spiritual, psychological, and physical dimensions of living. Licensed health and social services professionals, interns, and trainees work in concert with other community organizations and volunteers to provide a variety of services in the fields of education, health practice, and research.
