Help a wonderful man who lives by himself in his one bedroom apt. He has MS and it is very hard for him to get around and to get his chores done. At this time, he is requesting help with dusting, cleaning the floors, cleaning the bathroom, and help tidying up his kitchen. Also needs occassional help making his bed. His place is quite clean just needs some extra help. He would be great to volunteer with, he has a very friendly personality. He is only requesting help once a week or once every two weeks.

Volunteer Services is a program of Catholic Community Services. VS provides volunteers who help with the living independence of low-income elders and people living with disabilities. Volunteers are matched to someone based on their interest and volunteering is done on YOUR schedule, in YOUR neighborhood!

Just help once to four times a month doing housework, shopping, transportation, yard work, minor home repair, or companionship and make a huge difference in someone's life. Mileage reimbursed, orientation provided, and background check required. Location shown is VCS office; client location given after orientation.
