Project Pay It Forward is a 501(c)3 nonprofit program to inspire the youth to make a positive change by focusing on their special skills, unique talents and passions to make a difference in their community.

The purpose of our program is to help individuals gain a sense of belonging, instill a sense of community as well as promote the spirit of paying it forward and giving back, so that the community as a whole can benefit and thrive.

Currently, we just launched our eGirl Power program with a mission to bring awareness to Gender Equality issues and support Girls' Education.

We are currently looking for new board members to join our strong team of passionate individuals who believe in the spirit of paying it forward and giving back.

*In addition to the standard roles and responsibilities of a board member, our board members are active advocates and ambassadors for the organization and are fully engaged in identifying and securing the financial resources and partnerships necessary for our 501(c)3 nonprofit organization to advance its mission to make a difference.

About Center of Public Safety for Women (CPSW)

Location:

500 Ala Moana Blvd, Honolulu, HI 96813, US

Mission Statement

The #StandUpToGBV Program of the Center of Public Safety for Women (CPSW) is a partnership between the 501(c)3 nonprofit organization eGirl Power and the Center for Public Safety (CPS) to combat GBV with a focus on Campus Safety for students enrolled in colleges and universities.

Description

The #StandUpToGBV program is a movement that is providing JUSTICE and a Voice to EMPOWER College Survivors that have been wronged by the failures of Title IX and Title VI from Colleges and Universities!

In addition, #StandUpToGBV will allow the "Paying Customer (aka Students)" to hold their Colleges and the OCR accountable for NOT bringing proper justice to those perpetrators and assailants who have violated their basic human rights (by afflicting GBV on them)!

The Toxic Culture on most U.S. College Campuses and the Incompetence and Constant Mishandling of cases at the OCR may NEVER be fully resolved, however, the efforts of the #StandUpToGBV movement will assist to:

1. EDUCATE: Victims and Survivors to better understand "What is GBV?" and "How to Prevent and Mitigate GBV on College Campuses."

2. EMPOWER: Students to Report and Uncover GBV Crimes that are "Swept Under the Rug" by Colleges and the OCR.

3. ELEVATE: The VOICES of all those students who have been victims of GBV and bring the perpetrators and assailants to "REAL" JUSTICE!
