Paid Training for Commercial Driver’s License

  • Friendly, helpful and reliable personality
  • Valid driver's license required with less than two (2) points in the past three years.
  • Two professional references from previous employers
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening, and submit to ongoing random drug testing as required.
  • Knowledge of Marin County or ability to use GPS

Description

Vivalon's Active Aging Campus at 999 Third Street in San Rafael provides delicious meals, educational classes, multicultural gatherings, and information and referral services. Vivalon also offers special needs transportation, such as trips to medical appointments and grocery stores, as well as delivering meals for homebound clients. Vivalon is looking for dedicated, caring, and fun-loving volunteers!

We offer volunteer opportunities driving for the Meals on Wheels program and our CarePool program (where volunteers use their own cars to bring individuals to Drs. appointments or grocery shopping). We also have opportunities for outgoing volunteers to help in the Vivalon Cafe.
