Goodwill provides its trainees with tools that make employment not only possible, but successful. Some are vocational in nature, such as writing an effective resume. Others, target attitudes and responses, such as responsibility, team work and accepting criticism. Some of our trainees would benefit from learning techniques in anger management. One or two hourly presentations every nine weeks would provide our young clients with skills for the world of work and life.
