From the comfort of your home you can MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

All it takes is making evening phone calls to homebound hospice patients or their family members. We call these brief phone calls, "Care 4 You Calls." This allows Crossroads Hospice to bring a sense of comfort and support to the families we serve during a transition period.
