Friendly, well-mannered dogs and their owners are needed to provide companionship and comfort to patients who have a life-limiting illness. Pets must be Pet Therapy Certified through a licensed, insured pet therapy program.
Pet Team Volunteers typically provide visits once a week for about 2-3 hour; the hours are flexible and based on your availability. Seasons Hospice provides service to people in their homes or nursing facilities. Volunteers may choose an area to serve within the central NJ area which includes Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth and Somerset Counties.
