Make a lifelong difference in for the hospice patients and their families! Heartland Hospice volunteer opportunities are perfect for you! Our volunteers provide many different types of non-medical support for our hospice program and those coping with life-limiting illnesses, grief, and loss. Volunteers are the heart of Heartland Hospice, offering comfort to families and patients at the end-of-life. Volunteer opportunities range from administrative, bereavement support, special events, and other specialty support such as knitting, crafting, massage therapy, and more! Volunteering for direct patient care is also available and may include sitting with patient, reading, listening to music, and socialization
