Please be one of 1,000 volunteers on December 25. You can entertain the elderly, paint a shelter, serve a meal, give blood, play with homeless or sick children in hospitals or help the needy in many other ways during Washington DCJCC's December 25th Community Service Day. To meet our partner social service agency needs we are collecting donations of new hats, gloves, socks and toiletries to give to 10,000 needy adults and children as holiday presents. Starting December 6th you can drop off these items as well as unwrapped toys at DCJCC's Q St. entrance (16th &Q, 1529 16th St. N.W.). Register online TODAY at www.washingtondcjcc.org/volunteer
If prospective volunteers have questions please call 202.518.9400 ext. 3565 or d25@washingtondcjcc.org
