After a dream recipient passes on, we honor their dream by creating a scrapbook page that highlights the special moments of their dream and remembers a life lived. With a little creativity and lots of heart, you can help us remember a dream and honor a life lived!
For our Toy Program, we need helping hands to gift wrap toys, package them in family boxes, brown paper wrap them and decorate those boxes before we ship them off to our Dream families.

The mission of the Dream Foundation is to enhance the quality of life for individuals and their families battling terminal illnesses.
Description
The Dream Foundation is a national wish granting organization for adults over the age of 18 who have been diagnosed with a life limiting illness and a life expectancy of 1 year or less. We are now in our 20th year and served over 20,000 dreams during that time.
