RMHC of Richmond is looking for volunteers to participate in our Jane’s Milk and Cookie Hour. Volunteers must purchase ingredients to prepare cookies (no more than 3 dozen) for the families staying at the house. This provides a little extra comfort and helps to give the families a true home away from home.
Our Cookie Hour is offered Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1pm to have cookies prepared by 2pm. Our kitchen is fully stocked with baking supplies so please only bring your ingredients.
Individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by adults over 18. Please limit your group to no more than 8 individuals.

Description
It is the mission of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Richmond to keep families close. RMHC Richmond may not be able to make the medicine taste better or erase the pain of a much-needed treatment, but we can help lessen the burden for thousands of families each and every year. Since we opened our doors in 1980, we have never closed them. We keep families together at our Ronald McDonald House and our Ronald McDonald Family Rooms. By providing our families with a "home-away-from-home" and a place where they can rest and refresh, we help keep families close.
