Description

THE PLACE OF THE BRIDGE

The delivery of hospice services is integral to complete the continuum of care. Bristol Hospice is the bridge to delivery of end-of-life needs that are focused on pain and symptom management.

We strive to become the provider of choice for hospice and palliative care in our served markets, wherever the patient transitions to receive care―hospital, care facility or home.

OUR UNIQUE APPROACH

We recognize that the hospice patient needs expert care during the life-limiting illness and the family and caregivers need an extra measure of support both during and after their experience of caring for a loved one at the end of life.

EMBRACING A REVERENCE FOR LIFE

Bristol Hospice associates are focused on providing a family-centered approach in the delivery of hospice services. Our goal is to empower you to make your own choices regarding care and assistance. The team serves as your advocates, helping you to access the information and resources you need during this very challenging time.
