If you are a committed person who enjoys the fast-paced environment of a busy office and the ability to balance your savvy computer skills with a positive attitude, consider joining our energetic team of Life-Line Convalescent Ministries (LLCM) staff and volunteers. We share God’s love to senior homes across San Diego every week!

As a Life-Line Administrator/Receptionist, your compassion for the elderly will go a long way to help our ministry reach out to some of our community’s most lonely and often forgotten orphans of our day. Your much needed help will include assisting our staff with a myriad of office tasks. You may be asked to assist in the following:

- Receive volunteer calls, respond to requests, and notify volunteers of schedule changes by phone, email or text
- Collect, file, update and input volunteers information into a member data management system
- Manage Life-Line leadership appointments in Outlook
- Create and disburse volunteer badges
- Identify and create partnerships within the community, including local senior and community centers, schools, churches, etc.
- Assist in miscellaneous other office tasks, such as bookkeeping or research projects

Requirements
- Transportation to and from the Life-Line office
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- All volunteers must complete online registration and other requirements through Life-Line's "Registration" page of our website at www.life-lineministries.com.
