We are seeking artists and musicians to perform at Ministries of Aides International Fundraising dinner on June 30th 2019 at the Somerville City Club. Our non-profit builds schools in Haiti, provides food, clothing, and resources to communities. Whether you play classical, rock, jazz, traditional Haitian music, blues, or are vocalists... we'd love to hear! We're open to family friendly music that we can moves us, uplifts us, brings joy, and we can dance to. Please e-mail us with a sample of you music or write us an email. All performers will be invited to eat, dance, celebrate, and grow with us. Tokens of appreciation will be gifted to all performers. We work with individuals and families to extend their rights to education, healthcare, and other basic needs. Capitalizing on the passion and abilities of local people, we provide the organization and training necessary to raise leaders who can spark grassroots change.
Description
For more than 25 years, The Ministries of Aides International Inc (MAII) has been a fixture of sympathetic gestures toward improving the lives of underserved children and their families in underdeveloped communities. We may not be able to save the world from hunger and poverty by tomorrow but we feel a greater sense of fulfillment in each of us, that with just one act of kindness, poverty can become an object of yesterday in the life of a child and their family.
The Ministries of Aides International, Inc (MAII) was founded in 1981 by Reverend Lucien Duperier. MAII is a humanitarian charitable nonprofit organization under title 501 (c) (3). MAII is affiliated with Grace Tabernacle Church of God operating in the USA providing hope for children and families of various underdeveloped communities.
