We deliver all throughout Monroe County, Monday - Friday, between the hours of 10:20 AM and 1:30 PM.
We urgently need volunteers in the City of Rochester, and in the towns of Irondequoit and Greece!
You decide where you want to deliver and how often you would like to deliver. On average deliveries take 60-90 minutes.

Please note: Proof of receiving the COVID-19 vaccination is required before starting as a volunteer.

Now celebrating more than 60 years of service, Meals On Wheels continues to extend its reach with innovative efforts, community collaborations and gratifying results.
