Description
Voted Best Place to Volunteer by the local Hometown News!
Westside Pacific Villages (WPV) is a volunteer-driven, non-profit, 501(c)(3) membership organization helping older adults with routine tasks to enhance their independence and maintain an active, healthy lifestyle. Services provided include transportation, friendly visits, social events, walking buddies, computer assistance, and help with light chores or gardening.
WPV is part of a nationwide movement of over 300 local Villages. The Villages are not physical locations, but organized networks of local volunteers, staff and community partners that help members stay engaged in their neighborhoods by providing a wide array of services and programs.
We provide services to residents of Westchester, Marina del Rey, Playa del Rey, Playa Vista, Culver City, Ladera Heights, El Segundo, Mar Vista, and adjacent communities.
Whether you are employed, retired, or a student, just 30 minutes a week can make a big difference in the life of a senior in your community
